At the heart of Runk & Pratt Senior Living are founders Brian and Vickie Runk, whose vision has guided the organization for over 25 years. Their journey in senior care began with a desire to create a compassionate and innovative approach to eldercare, and today, they oversee six senior living communities in Virginia.
Brian and Vickie believe that quality care goes beyond meeting physical needs; it’s about fostering a sense of community, purpose, and dignity for each resident. Their dedication is also evident through the Pearls of Life Foundation, which they founded to support memory care and Alzheimer’s awareness.
