This time, our scenic van ride took us through Forest, to our Daytime, Adult Day Center, where we stopped briefly to say hello to Mary Beth Nash! Then we were off through Lynchburg to take in some more beautiful scenery, before heading home!
Getting out, exploring, and being together on these van rides is such a simple yet valuable thing for our seniors and we love seeing them enjoy that time!

Our seniors enjoyed a fun St. Patrick’s Day ☘️ sun catcher craft time with some of the Jefferson Forest High School Adaptive Special Education Class!
They loved being around the students and it was a great time of connection and creativity for all involved!

For "Pi(e) Day" we rode to Woodruff's Store: Café & Pie Shop for some absolutely delicious dessert! There were so many great selections and everyone had a wonderful time getting out and enjoying the spring weather!

Here's a look at our Market Monday vendors from this week! The seniors at Liberty Ridge had the ability to purchase from Pampered Chef Products and Father's Cafe & Bakery. The purpose of our Market Mondays is to connect with and support local businesses and vendors in our area. Our seniors love also having the chance to do a little bonus shopping and picking out a tasty treat!

Our dining rooms are designed to be open and inviting, and provide a common space for residents to engage in community over a wholesome meal. We love seeing how our seniors become closer to one another through mealtime!

We love being able to take our residents out and about. We enjoyed a scenic van ride around Rustburg and Concord VA, where they enjoyed taking in all the beautiful scenery! Even if it's sometimes a little too chilly to be outside and walking around regularly, that doesn't mean we can't still enjoy nature!
